Protein Bliss Balls
The perfect snack for postpartum mamas, toddlers, and busy days on the go.
These little bites are simple, affordable, and come together in just minutes. Packed with protein and nourishing fats, they’re not only delicious—they’re seriously addictive. I make a batch every week to pop into my child’s snack box or offer as a bedtime boost of protein to encourage a good nights sleep. Without a doubt, they’re a hit, every time.
Time 4 minutes | Makes 14 balls
Ingredients:
1 cup soft Medjool dates (pitted)
1 cup raw organic cashews
1/4 cup collagen powder (I use Chief Choc for extra flavour)
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 pinch of sea salt (I love Tasman Sea Salt)
1 Tbsp raw cacao powder (optional depending on desired flavour)
Desiccated coconut (to roll)
Directions:
Add all ingredients (except desiccated coconut) to a Thermomix or food processor and blend until combined.
The mix should stick together when squished, if not, add more coconut oil.
Roll into balls and coat in desiccated coconut.
Refrigerate for 2 hours, or overnight if you can resist.
Store in a glass jar or container in the fridge.
Enjoy!
