Meet Lara.
I hold a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy (2018) and am a proud member of the Naturopaths & Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA). Growing up in the Northern Rivers, NSW, I was immersed in a community that valued natural living and holistic health. This early exposure sparked my passion for naturopathy and led me to pursue formal training in natural medicine.
Through both personal and professional experience, I’ve developed a deep passion for supporting women and children—particularly through the transformative stages of fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and early childhood. Becoming a mother myself further strengthened my understanding of the unique challenges families face, and inspired my commitment to providing gentle, evidence-informed naturopathic care that supports the whole family.
My goal is to empower parents with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to navigate these early years with greater ease and connection. I take a compassionate, holistic approach, tailoring each consultation to your individual needs while considering the physical, emotional, and environmental influences on health.
Whether you're planning to conceive, navigating new motherhood, or seeking support for your baby or child, I’m here to guide you with warmth, understanding, and clinical expertise. I’m honoured to walk alongside families during these tender and formative years, offering care that supports deep healing, resilience, and connection.
